HOLOGRAM MASTER

Holographic master origination is process to make nickel master which made in master origination laboratory by master shooting system(2D/3D , Dot-matrix or e-beam) using the sophisticated technology of Laser , advanced laser optics, and photosensitive glass. Holographer records holographic image through master shooting system onto photosensitive glass and coat the photosensitive glass with silver layer from electronic forming process to convert holographic image into nickel master. We can make unlimited number of nickel shims from same nickel master.

Apart from the three-dimensional Effect and the depth effect which are the basic features of the hologram, during the process of holographic recording (which is the same as the process of Master Origination) it is possible to create other effects such as The Animation Effect, The Dynamic Effect, The Kinetic Effect etc. and also to conceal code letters or numbers or secret images or incorporate Micro-Lettering in one of the layers of the Hologram. These are some of the typical optical security features incorporated in Holograms to make them impossible to replicate. Some of these features can be viewed only with the aid of special viewing instruments or under special lighting conditions.

All type of the holographic masters can be developed with our advanced holographic master origination system and recombination system. These masters are compatible for both narrow web Machine(small width hologram embossing machine) and hard/soft wide web Machine(wide width hologram embossing machine) to produce embossed Hologram Stickers and holographic packaging materials.

The standard image sizes for the masters are 6" x 6", 12" x 12", 19" x 26", 36"x 40" and 36" x60". The larger image size masters can be developed as per client requirement. Master in size of 6" x 6" is mostly used to produce holographic Labels.

2D/3D Hologram Master

It contains several optical layers with 2D hologram images visually placed one behind another resulting in a 3D effect because each layer has different distance to our eyes with visual depth. Such Images usually consists of thin lines that can be seen at large angles of diffraction. Virtually any existing design or logo can be made into a 2D / 3D hologram with depth and parallax. We can work with you to create 2D/3D artwork by several type software, and also can break your existing artwork into color separations and layers which contain 2-4 layers and up to 6 colors.

Switch Effect :Superposition of different Images seen at different angles in the same place of the Holograms. Various micro-&-nano texts cause incorporated into the Hologram design with letter sizes as small as 1 micron.

Dot Matrix Hologram Master

Dot matrix hologram as the name implies, a hologram created from an array of smaller units(dots). Each dot is actually a separate hologram that produces a predetermined result, usually a simple diffraction grating.when illuminated with a white light source and vewed at the correct angle, the diffration grating produces a tiny spot of color. The microscope gratings can be arranged to produce a single coposite picture, a sequence of related images, and for a variety of "special effects". Dot matrix hologram are exfremely eye-catching.They are bright and colorful even under fluo rescent lighting.

High Security Dot Matrix Hologram Master

An e-beam technology is based on synthesizing of micro relief with specified parameters by electronic beam, which can be focused in a spot with a few nanometer sizes. Calculation of micro relief parameters by synthesizing of image in optical range makes the e-beam technology as a purely digital task. The e-beam technology occupies the particular place among other hologram’s recording technologies due to the following reasons:

The e-beam technology resolution is two order of magnitude higher than resolution of optical recording systems.

E-beam origination allows to get micro texts up to few micron height, high resolution elements and other features beyond the reach of optical recording method.

E-beam equipment is a high tech and expensive one requiring substantial intellectual investments in consequence of that limited number of holographic companies in the world is capable to produce up-to-date e-beam originals.

Security features of holograms

Let"s list below main visual and hidden image elements used in security holograms. Some of them are available for digital technology only:

- High-resolution line patterns.

- Switch effect.

- Kinematic images.

- Concealed images.

- True color images.
